1 kg mutton or lamb
meat, cut into chunks
2 large onions, chopped
4-5 cloves of garlic,
minced
2 inches of ginger,
grated
2-3 green chilies,

1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp garam masala
powder
1/2 cup of yogurt
Salt to taste
